(past & present)

From 2012 to 2019, I was at times, a freelance jack-of-all-trades for Anderson Tours.

I came in to help freshen up the website, which we later developed with a custom designed content management system, but also work with the General Manager to help revive their marketing strategies and improve sales.

I also trained new sales managers and team members and would ultimately step in to fill the Operations Manager role which involved planning new tours, logistics, booking relevant travel arrangements and accommodation and managing stock levels and staff.

I was hired by Rhiza Music to help them rebrand and optimise their digital content and resources ready for the launch of their latest additions to the company. The project was due to be expanded to project managing the redesign of their website, but this was put on hold due to the company going on hiatus due to the pandemic.

In 2021, Trish had an idea for promoting sustainable fashion workshops and private tutorials for crafts. was created as a resource for her to promote events and services, with the space to grow in the future. The website has an inbuilt booking system using PayPal payments which has been used to sell tickets to workshop events.

I also created social media accounts, branding, artwork, content and business cards as well as digital resource templates for her to update and use going forward.

Monica needed a website to help present herself to producers, directors and casting agents. but would be easy for her to manage updates for.

We went with a WordPress theme that was made for actors and performers which was ideal to showcase Monica’s head shots and acting credits.

“I Love my website. Cheryl was in constant communication and made sure once the website was finished I knew exactly how to use it and update it if I need to. She made sure I had the most cost effective tools as well. Highly recommend.”

I was hired by Souzu, an online retailer with a physical store high street boutique childrens shop to conduct a digital audit and assesment, following this i went on to set up and planning their digital marketing strategy.

We then continued with a digital marketing retainer for a number of months to support the work and plan in action along with management and creation of influencer marketing programmes.

In summer 2022, I was hired by Gwendolen House Nursery to help them rebrand and manage their digital content along with management of paid recruitment advertising for the new school year.

southey bowling club

Southey Bowling Club needed an online resource for both their paid club members and local residents who were not aware of the clubs services available to them.

I also created social media accounts, branding, artwork, content as well as digital resource templates for them to update and use going forward.

As the club management team were not tech savvy I helped them find an easy to use website for members, visitors and management going forward giving them space to list their future fixtures and events.

the greyhound pub

The Greyhound Pub project was to help the re-launch of a Peckham High Street pub that had been closed for some time, new owners had taken over and the new management completed a full renovation and modern update to the pub ready for a post-lockdown re-opening. I came on board in spring 2021, ahead of post -lockdown opening. Our goal was to let the local community that the bar was back open and what resources were on offer. As the months went on we added more services including indoor service, food service and live sports on TV, – then later the live music and comedy venue was launched in the downstairs bar. The Project Included: New website & content creation with booking system. Created digital assets for promotion. Optimised and branded all social media channels including taking control of previously owned outlets and rebranding. Ongoing we continued upgrades to the website and digital marketing strategy plus regular content for promotional events and offers for the bar on retainer.

In December 2021, however the pub was sold and my retainer ended.

I enjoy changing things up and keeping my skills sharp, so by working with a range of different types of clients with different needs it helps me continue to learn and adapt as I go.

“Cheryl’s ‘can do’ attitude is shown in her inventive trouble shooting solutions and her ability to deliver efficient and speedy results. A “jack of all trades” she can turn her hand to most things to help her clients reach their goals.”

Steve Lee, General Manager, Anderson Travel

Cheryl is just a bottomless fountain of knowledge when it comes to digital marketing. I had 1 week to get my entire business idea set up and she sprang into action and got me set up with my socials, my domain name and my website. She has a great eye for the small details. She could see that this was not my area of expertise and just put all my fears to rest and managed the whole thing for me.

I don’t know where she finds the time to do everything but i reckon she has magic powers on top of everything else! Cheryl gets 5 stars from me for her dedication and professionalism.

Aunty Shan, Sustainable Fashion Creative

“Hard working, dedicated and friendly are just a few words to describe Cheryl and her commitment to her clients and projects.”

Sue Reinhardt, Eleven Seven Music (UK & Europe)

“Cheryl is quick and efficient, was very impressed with our website and everything it entailed. It was exactly what we were looking for. With no experience with setting up websites ourselves, she was able to explain things very simply for me to understand.
Her patience, experience, ideas, knowledge of marketing and how everything links was crucial.”

Brad Cox, General Manager, Barefoot Joes Bar
